Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to review our business consulting services. My name is Jennifer Lesher, Executive Vice President of JobCrank Inc.

JobCrank's primary mission is to make recruiting and employee management services available, and affordable, to the over 29 million small businesses which exist in the United States today. We have filled this need since 2007 by providing a low cost job advertisement and application management service located at www.JobCrank.com, which is made free for job seekers to search and apply for small business jobs online.

As a natural extension to that service, we are excited to now offer additional business consulting services to aid small businesses in all aspects of business development including: human resource consulting, benefits consulting, strategic planning, marketing, and much more.

HR management grows more complex every year. And it gets more difficult to focus on your core business when you are trying to master a variety of administrative HR tasks. How do you balance the bottom line with everything you have to do?

Meet Jennifer Lesher, our Executive Vice President of JobCrank Consulting Services.

Jennifer possesses over 16 years professional business and human resources experience, specializing in leadership development training, staffing, employee relations, career transitioning, benefits and rate negotiations, EEOC, disability claims, employment law, union avoidance, mergers and acquisition, and compensation.

She has worked with, and staffed multiple fortune 500 companies including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Compass Knowledge Group. Previous to joining JobCrank Inc, Jennifer acted in the role of VP of Human Resources, overseeing Embanet Corporation's acquisition of Compass Knowledge Group managing over 600 employees located in Orlando, Chicago, and Toronto Canada.

In addition to this, Jennifer has acted as a judge in 2008, 2009, and again in 2011 for the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper, responsible for picking the top 100 local companies for working families in the Mid-Florida region.
