A Closer Look...

It is important to look at the aspects of your business that make a difference

Recognizing that improvements need to be made in your business can be easy but taking the steps to make the improvements can be more difficult. If you are currently making improvements or thinking about making improvements, you should take a closer look at the areas that really drive your business. Through our consulting solutions outlined above, we can help!

Motivating Employees

Are your employees motivated?

It is hard to grow a business, or even maintain current success, when employees are not motivated or morale is low. There are many signs that point to employees who are not motivated. In fact, you can feel the difference very quickly when you enter a motivated environment and one that is not motivated. There are many reasons that an organization can find itself in a situation where employees are not motivated to do more than put in minimal effort. The primary reason lies with leadership who sets the tone and culture for the organization, e.g. policies, performance review, goal setting, incentives, communication, celebrating successes, etc...

Making changes

Once an organization falls into a routine, or for smaller business that have been managed by the same leadership for an extended period, it can be hard to recognize the elements that lend themselves to less than motivated employees. It can be very useful to have someone from outside the organization come in and evaluate these different elements from a fresh perspective. It is important however for the leadership to be committed to making changes to improve motivation and morale within the organization.

Our specific services

We can recommend changes after we:

  • Evaluate various organizational aspects that make up the culture, e.g. management structure and style, organizational values and employee awareness of the values, leadership communication, employee engagement, etc...
  • Evaluate recognition and reward systems and the schedules of reinforcement
  • Evaluate performance management and employee goal setting processes
  • Evaluate the alignment between both organizational and employee goals
