A resume’s job is simply to get your foot in the door. But once there, you need to sell yourself in one or more interviews. Do you know how to act? Do you know what the interviewer is looking for? Do you know what body language to project? We do, and we are ready to help you. Our coaching staff consist of experienced Human Resource managers and recruiters who have interviewed and hired thousands of employees just like you.

With a Personal Interview Coach you can:

  • Become confident and convincing by developing a personalized strategy with your coach for talking about your strengths and weaknesses and how you can be an asset for this job in particular.
  • Get personalized answers to the most common, most difficult interview questions, the ones that throw most applicants off their game and put the interview into a tailspin.
  • Learn the importance of body language in an interview, and common mistakes that most people make.
  • Eliminate nervousness and stress, before and during the interview by practicing those difficult answers and getting feedback. You'll go from being a jittery job applicant to a cool, confident candidate, faster than you can say, "I'm hired!"
  • Get candid, expert feedback on your answers and what you need to do to improve your interview style and personal branding. Practice answering questions without sounding scripted. Rehearsing your answers before your interview is an absolute MUST, but come off sounding scripted, and you will blow your chances of getting the job!
  • Learn the difference between behavioral and situational questions, and how to answer both types. These two types of questions are completely different, and if you don't understand the purpose of each type, and know exactly how you should answer each one, your chances of getting the job will plummet!

All coaching can be provided either by phone, or via a video conferencing service such as Skype or GotoMeeting. The first hour is $99, with each additional hour costing $120 per hour.

Meet Jennifer Lesher, our Executive Vice President of JobCrank Consulting Services.

Jennifer possesses over 16 years professional business and human resources experience, specializing in leadership development training, staffing, employee relations, career transitioning, benefits and rate negotiations, EEOC, disability claims, employment law, union avoidance, mergers and acquisition, and compensation.

She has worked with, and staffed multiple fortune 500 companies including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Compass Knowledge Group. Previous to joining JobCrank Inc, Jennifer acted in the role of VP of Human Resources, overseeing Embanet Corporation's acquisition of Compass Knowledge Group managing over 600 employees located in Orlando, Chicago, and Toronto Canada.

In addition to this, Jennifer has acted as a judge in 2008, 2009, and again in 2011 for the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper, responsible for picking the top 100 local companies for working families in the Mid-Florida region.
