Thanks to innovative companies like yours, familyfriendly workplaces are becoming the norm instead of the exception.

The first awards ceremony by the Orlando Sentinel was 15 years ago, and every year since, companies have continuously raised the bar by developing new and creative ways to put families first - whether it’s by offering flextime, home office setups, onsite daycare or other family-focused benefits.

Each year, the Orlando Sentinel judges determine the Top 100 Companies for Working Families by measuring the strength of each company’s family-related benefits against the quantity of those benefits. This year, Jennifer Lesher was invited to be part of this esteemed panel of HR experts to help determine the 2008 winners.
